镁合金是航空工业中的主要结构材料,由于航空工业的特殊要求,在机械加工过程中,产生大量的废料,如切屑、切边、碎料等,约占使用材料的30%,镁合金铸造件的废体、冒口、浇口等也产生40%的废料。由于镁合金料屑容易燃烧,以前国内无法处理,只好烧掉。我国航空工业镁合金材料约有一半需要进口,因此回收与充分利用这部分废镁合金屑,对我国国民经济有着更加重要的意义。下面介绍回收废镁屑的两种方法;即熔化法和升华法。
Magnesium alloy is the main structural material in the aviation industry. Due to the special requirements of the aviation industry, a large amount of scrap materials such as chips, trims, scrapings and the like are generated in the machining process, accounting for about 30% of the used materials. Magnesium alloy casting Pieces of waste, riser, gate, etc. also produce 40% of the waste. As magnesium alloy scrap easy to burn, before the country can not handle, had burned. About half of China’s aviation industry magnesium alloy material needs to be imported, so recycling and fully utilizing this part of scrap magnesium alloy scrap has a more important significance to our country’s national economy. Here are two ways to recycle waste magnesium scrap; namely melting and sublimation method.
