用0.2%的秋水仙素分不同处理时间对二倍体新麦草萌动种子进行了染色体加倍,并对加倍后的植株在幼苗分蘖期进行了细胞学和形态的研究。结果表明:在室温用0.2%秋水仙素溶液处理3~5h,诱导加倍的成功率最高,加倍植株均为二倍体和四倍体的混倍体;混倍体植株叶片气孔保卫细胞的长度均高于未加倍的二倍体植株。
Chromosome doubling was performed on diploid New Zealand wheat seed germination with 0.2% colchicines for different treatment time, and the cytology and morphology of doubled plants were studied at tillering stage. The results showed that: the success rate of doubling induced by 0.2% colchicine solution for 3 ~ 5 h at room temperature was the highest, doubling plants were diploid and tetraploid; the length of stomata guard cells All higher than the diploid without doubling.
