清河电厂200MW机组锅炉采用热风干燥中储式制粉系统,为最大限度掺烧褐煤,解决中储式制粉系统磨制高挥发分、高水分褐煤极易发生爆炸的问题,提出了在制粉系统中掺混热炉烟的2种改造方案,使褐煤掺烧比例达到50%,制粉系统末端含氧质量分数降低到16%以下。可行性研究表明,在锅炉转向室抽取热炉烟掺入制粉系统的改造方案是可行的,该方案与制粉系统启停时的安全措施相结合,能够满足制粉系统在各种运行工况下的防爆要求。该方案也为同类型锅炉的改造提供了新思路。
