目的 观察高强度超声 (HIU)对肿瘤营养血管的破坏作用 ,此作用对抑制肿瘤的增生和转移 ,促使肿瘤良性化有重要意义。方法 采用肝肿瘤血管染料灌注和病理检察相结合的方法 ,观察HIU对兔VX2 肝脏肿瘤营养血管破坏的情况。结果 HIU治疗后 ,血管染料灌注不再充盈 ,病理学方法显示肿瘤营养血管和肿瘤组织发生凝固性坏死。结论 HIFU可能较完全破坏肿瘤营养血管 ,防止血管再生 ,从而有可能抑制肿瘤的再生和转移 ,促使肿瘤良性化。
Objective To observe the damaging effect of high intensity ultrasound (HIU) on nutrient vessels of tumor, which has important significance in inhibiting the proliferation and metastasis of tumor and promoting the benign tumor. Methods Liver tumor vascular dye perfusion and pathological examination combined with the method of HIU rabbit VX2 liver tumor nutrition vessel destruction. Results After HIU treatment, the vascular dye perfusion was no longer filling, and pathological methods showed coagulation necrosis of tumor nutrition vessels and tumor tissues. Conclusion HIFU may completely destroy the nutrient vessels of the tumor and prevent the regeneration of blood vessels, which may inhibit the regeneration and metastasis of the tumor and promote the benign tumor.
