目的：为求快速Ｂ超显像并减少副作用。方法：用中药制剂达到快速使膀胱、盆腔在Ｂ超上显像，以便盆腔疾病能得到迅速诊断。通过对１２２例受试者对比观察。临床观察分４组进行：Ⅰ号组（显像剂Ⅰ号，为纯中药制剂）、Ⅱ号组（显像剂Ⅱ号，为中西药复方制剂）、阳性对照组（速尿）及矿泉水对照组。结果：显像剂Ⅰ号既能快速利尿又能减少显像所需的膀胱容量而达到快速显像目的。Ⅰ号组显像时间、膀胱容量均优子速尿组（Ｐ＜０．００１），动物实验参考临床设计进行，结果亦表明显像剂Ⅰ号ｌｈ内的利尿强度明显高于其他各组（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），而毒性实验表明为无毒级制剂。结论：中药快速膀胱超声显像剂能有效地使膀胱、盆腔快速显像，有助于迅速诊断。
Objective: To seek rapid B-mode ultrasound imaging and reduce side effects. Methods: Using traditional Chinese medicine preparations to achieve rapid imaging of the bladder and pelvis on B-ultrasound for rapid diagnosis of pelvic disease. Through observation of 122 subjects. The clinical observations were divided into 4 groups: Group I (imager I, a pure Chinese medicine preparation), Group II (imager II, a combination of Chinese and Western medicine), positive control (furosemide), and mineral water Control group. RESULTS: Imaging agent I not only rapidly diuretes but also reduces the bladder volume required for imaging to achieve rapid imaging. The imaging time and bladder capacity of group I were equal to that of the urinary furosemide group (P<0.001). Animal experiments were performed with reference to the clinical design. The results also showed that the diuretic intensity within the 1h of the imaging agent I was significantly higher than that of the other groups ( P<0.05, P<0.01), and toxicity experiments showed no toxic grade preparation. Conclusion: Chinese medicine rapid bladder ultrasound imaging agent can effectively make the bladder, pelvic imaging, help rapid diagnosis.
