目的建立小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰定量测定方法。方法取2.5g样品置于25mL具塞比色管中,加5.0mL甲醇、2.5mL碘化钾溶液、5.0mL LHJ增溶剂,混合定容至25.0mL,离心,取上清液过0.22μm滤膜,取10μL滤液进高效液相色谱仪测定。采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇+乙酸铵(5+95)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,波长230nm,紫外线检测器。结果过氧化苯甲酰在0.002mg/mL~0.100mg/mL呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9 999,加标回收率在90.6%~102%之间,精密度为0.83%~9.50%,最低检出限为0.00 015g/Kg。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好、精密度高,使用新型增溶剂LHJ测定结果稳定,具有很好的实用价值和推广前景。
Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour. Methods 2.5g sample was placed in a 25mL plugged colorimetric tube, add 5.0mL methanol, 2.5mL potassium iodide solution, 5.0mL LHJ solubilizer, mixed volume to 25.0mL, centrifuged, the supernatant was filtered through 0.22μm, Take 10μL filtrate into the determination of high performance liquid chromatography. A C18 column was used with methanol + ammonium acetate (5 + 95) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the wavelength was set at 230 nm. UV detector. Results The linear range of benzoyl peroxide was 0.002mg / mL ~ 0.100mg / mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the spiked recoveries were between 90.6% ~ 102% and the precision was 0.83% ~ 9.50% The detection limit was 0.00 015g / Kg. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and has high precision. The results of using the new solubilizer LHJ are stable and have good practical value and promotion prospects.
