介绍一种用于晶闸管整流埋弧自动焊电源及送丝控制的单片机应用系统.采用PID算法焊接电流反馈使电源具有恒流型外特性,PI算法进行电弧电压反馈调节送丝速度,获得满意的焊接效果.所研制的焊机引弧性能好,焊接过程稳定,抗网压波动能力强,焊接规范调整灵活,操作简便,并能通过规范钥匙确保焊接工艺的严格执行.
