我国目前正处在社会转型的关键时期和重要战略机遇期,阶层矛盾凸显等问题层出不穷,阻碍了我国社会管理的正常进行。为实现社会主义和谐社会和小康社会的目标,需要有先进文化的指导和创新社会管理体制。本文将阐明社会管理现状与先进文化要求间的差距以及从社会管理各主体的角度提出社会管理创新的相关措施。
At present, our country is in a crucial period of social transformation and an important period of strategic opportunities. Issues such as the emergence of stratum conflicts have emerged one after another, hindering the normal progress of social management in our country. In order to achieve the goal of a harmonious socialist society and a well-off society, we need guidance and innovative social management system with advanced culture. This article will clarify the gap between the status quo of social management and the requirements of advanced culture and put forward the relevant measures for social management innovation from the perspectives of all social management subjects.
