研究了在新产品设计与开发过程中如何权衡决策者的主观信息与目标集本身的客观信息,考虑了多响应问题的最优性与稳健性,提出了同时考虑主观权重与客观权重的满意度函数法。该方法通过对主观满意度函数与客观满意度函数的权重进行权衡,将多响应优化问题转化为求解综合满意度函数最大值的问题。并结合两个实例进行分析研究,结果表明了本文所提出的方法能够有效地解决多响应稳健设计问题。
In the process of new product design and development, we study how to weigh the objective information of the decision maker’s subjective information and the target set itself, consider the optimality and robustness of the multi-response problem, and propose the satisfaction of both subjective weight and objective weight Function method. By weighing the subjective satisfaction function and the weight of objective satisfaction function, the method transforms the multi-response optimization problem into the problem of solving the maximum of the comprehensive satisfaction function. Combined with two examples, the results show that the proposed method can effectively solve the robust design problem of multi-response.
