过程控制是以具体生产过程为研究对象的一门控制学科,其控制对象和控制方法呈现出多样性的特点。组态软件具有可视化、编程灵活等优点,通过结合组态软件和过程控制课程的特点,把组态软件应用于过程控制课程设计实践环节中,实现过程控制中被控对象的数学模型和数字式控制器设计等功能,并搭建成不同的控制系统。在过程控制课程设计实际中,将理论和虚拟的控制系统相结合,使枯燥的过程控制理论具有生动的交互形式,通过实践,采用组态软件获得了更好的实践效果,培养学生的自主实践能力,使学生在过程控制系统课程设计中,理论知识更容易被学生理解,为类似的控制课程设计提供了一种新型课程设计实践思路,从而开创了一套新颖的实践方法。
