官兵关系是军队内部最基本的关系,谋求这种关系的密切和纯洁,始终是我军建设高度重视的一个重大原则问题。在新的形势下,官兵关系出现了一些新的变化,要进行一些新的探索和研究,但是一些最基本的原则仍然是要坚持的。新时期的尊干爱兵教育和活动仍必须坚持以干部为重点,努力提高干部的爱兵责任感和带兵素质。围绕这个问题,我认为要在“三个结合”上做好文章。 第一,继承爱兵传统与更新爱兵观念相结合。今天,我们发扬尊干爱兵的传统,就其基本精神和目的来说,就是要坚持官兵一致的原则和革命精神,保持党领导下的人民军 The relationship between officers and soldiers is the most basic relationship within the military. Pursuing close and pure relations of this kind has always been a major principle that our military attaches great importance to. Under the new situation, some new changes have taken place in the relations between officers and soldiers and some new explorations and studies are needed. However, some basic principles are still to be adhered to. In the new era, education and activities of loving cadres in respect of cadres must still adhere to the principle of using cadres as their key points, and strive to improve the sense of responsibility and quality of cadres who love the soldier’s troops. Around this issue, I think we should make a good contribution to the “three combinations.” First, to inherit the tradition of the love soldier and to update the concept of the soldier-soldier. Today, as we carry forward the tradition of respecting cadres and loving soldiers, we must adhere to the principle of unanimity and revolutionary spirit of the officers and soldiers and keep the People’s Army under the leadership of the party as a guide for their basic spirit and purpose.
