分析了邯钢CSP生产线摆式剪在生产过程中出现的剪切角度超调故障。根据设备运行及故障发生特点,认为环境温度过低是造成故障的主要原因。通过完善相关液压部分的保温措施,并在冬季对液压温度控制参数进行调整,故障得以控制,效果明显。
The shear angle overshoot fault appeared in the production process of pendulum shears in Handan Iron and Steel CSP production line was analyzed. According to the characteristics of equipment operation and fault, it is considered that the low ambient temperature is the main cause of fault. By improving the insulation measures related to the hydraulic part and adjusting the hydraulic temperature control parameters in winter, the fault can be controlled and the effect is obvious.
