长期以来,在我国的交通政策制定、交通基础设施的规划建设以及交通诱导与控制等方面重点强调了车辆的通行效率,而对行人的路权尚不够重视。作为交通参与者中的弱势群体,行人的“顺畅与安全出行”理应得到满足。在长时间等待绿灯的时间里,通常会出现“中国式过马路”的现象。本文就是在参照交通弱势群体忍耐度的前提下,基于对热释电双鉴红外传感器的技术研究,针对行人较少的路口、夜晚交叉口以及郊区路段等自动检测行人过街需求,智能调节红绿灯系统的配时,避免了传统信号灯定时控制造成道路有效应用时间的浪费,缩短行人等待通行的时间,达到顺畅交通的目的。
