目的 探讨大脑记忆功能对双侧眼球扫视运动的影响。方法 采用VTS -Ⅲ前庭功能检查仪 ,对 3 0到 40岁 80例正常人 (男 40例 ,女 40例 )的 160只眼分别进行眼球单频扫视运动的检查。结果 受检者先检眼的扫视运动潜伏期为 2 2 3± 3 5ms ,后检眼的潜伏期降为 12 5± 42ms。而其它的扫视运动参数在眼别上无显著的统计学差异。结论 只有潜伏期对可预测的单频信号刺激表现出双侧眼球扫视运动的不对称性 ,后检眼的潜伏期明显地缩短了 ,说明可预测的信号刺激对扫视运动的发动有明显的易化作用
Objective To investigate the effect of brain memory function on bilateral saccade. Methods The VTS-Ⅲ vestibular function test instrument was used to examine the single-eye saccade movements in 160 eyes of 80 normal adults (40 males and 40 females) aged 30 to 40 years. Results The latency of glaucoma of the first seized eye was 22 3 ± 35 ms and the latency of the latter seized eye was 125 ± 42 ms. The other glaucoma parameters in the eye without significant statistical differences. Conclusion Only the latent period can predict the single-frequency signal stimuli showed bilateral eye-gaze movement asymmetry, post-ophthalmic latency was significantly shortened, indicating that the predictable signal stimulus on glaucoma motivation was significantly facilitated
