目的建立一测多评法同时测定芹菜籽中芹菜甲素、芹菜乙素和新蛇床内酯的含量,验证该方法在芹菜籽中应用的准确可行性。方法以芹菜籽原料药中主要成分芹菜甲素、芹菜乙素和新蛇床内酯为指标,在一定范围内建立芹菜甲素与芹菜乙素、芹菜甲素与新蛇床内酯的校正因子。测定芹菜甲素的含量,测得校正因子f芹菜甲素/芹菜乙素=0.226;用校正因子测定芹菜乙素和新蛇床内酯的含量,测得校正因子f芹菜甲素/新蛇床内酯=0.702,同时,采用外标法测定6批不同批次中3个成分的含量,以验证一测多评法的准确性和科学性。结果不同仪器所得相对校正因子的RSD为4.4%~6.7%,同一台仪器不同色谱柱所得相对校正因子的RSD为2.3%~3.6%,建立的校正因子重现性良好,原料药中采用校正因子计算的含量值与外标法实测值之间没有明显差异。结论在缺乏对照品的情况下,该方法可用于芹菜籽中多成分质量评价研究。
