我国每年生产原木后的树皮废料有450万米~2,占原木量的11.8%。至今还未见国外用树皮栽食用菌的报道。我们根据金针菇极易在杨树上发生的特点,选择了原料来源丰富而又集中的杨树皮,进行了树皮裁培金针菇的试验,现将结果简报如下。一、材料和方法(一)材料供试金针菇菌种为三明一号。试验树种为意大利杨树(简称意杨)的树杆皮和直径1~2cm 小枝丫,晒干后用ZQ—600型枝丫切片机和9FT—40型木片粉碎机粉碎成1~5mm 的木屑。培养基配方为:①意杨树皮屑和棉籽壳各半,另
