应用放射免疫分析技术测定人血浆缓激肽(BK),正常值范围:基础1.2～8.3ng/ml,激发0.8～10.3 ng/ml,对影响BK因素作了初步分析和讨论。
Radioimmunoassay was used to measure human plasma bradykinin (BK). The range of normal values was 1.2 ~ 8.3 ng / ml and 0.8 ~ 10.3 ng / ml, respectively. The influencing factors of BK were analyzed and discussed.
