工业锅炉各部分的外表面温度均较周围空气温度高,这些都不可避免地将热量散失于大气中,就形成了散热损失。散热损失主要取决于散热表面积的大小、表面温度及周围空气温度等因素。研究锅炉散热损失对提高锅炉效率具有积极意义,一般锅炉的散热损失大约占锅炉输入热量的0.5%~3%。准确测量散热对于计算工业锅炉效率有重要的实际意义。
The temperature of the outer surface of each part of the industrial boiler is higher than the ambient air temperature, which inevitably dissipates the heat in the atmosphere, resulting in heat loss. Heat loss mainly depends on the size of the cooling surface area, surface temperature and ambient air temperature and other factors. Studying the heat loss of the boiler is of positive significance for improving the boiler efficiency. Generally, the heat loss of the boiler accounts for about 0.5% ~ 3% of the heat input of the boiler. Accurate measurement of heat dissipation has important practical implications for calculating the efficiency of industrial boilers.
