建筑外墙外保温系统现存的诸多问题与业内人士对其实际工况的认识不清以及由此对其耐候性的重视不够有很大关系。本文利用现代电子与数字技术,率先对北京地区外墙外保温系统的工况进行了实时监测与研究。结果表明,外墙外保温系统的实际工况比想像的恶劣的多,应加强对外墙外保温系统耐候性的重视;北京地区外墙外保温系统的实际工况与目前相关标准的耐候性试验条件基本吻合,建议相关单位对严寒地区和夏热冬暖地区的外墙外保温系统的实际工况进行监测,以制定更为合理的耐候性检测标准;外墙外保温系统的抹面砂浆宜厚些、饰面材料应以浅颜色为主。本文的监测与研究结果将有助于业内人士提高对外墙外保温系统工况的认识并更加重视其耐候性,也将有助于相关标准的制定与修订,并为今后更深入的理论研究奠定基础。
Many problems existing in the building exterior insulation system and the industry’s understanding of its actual conditions unclear and therefore its emphasis on weatherability has a lot to do. In this paper, the use of modern electronic and digital technology, take the lead in Beijing in the external wall insulation system conditions for real-time monitoring and research. The results show that the actual working conditions of exterior wall thermal insulation system are worse than imagined, so we should pay more attention to the weatherability of exterior wall thermal insulation system. The results of the monitoring and research in this paper will help the industry to improve their understanding of the working conditions of exterior insulation system and pay more attention to its weatherability. It will also contribute to the formulation and revision of related standards and lay the foundation for more in-depth theoretical research in the future basis.
