在四川省科委委托重庆市科技局的主持下,经过四川省电测光弹协作组组长单位四川省机械局研究设计院的积极筹备,四川省第二次电测光弹经验交流会于一九七六年四月十五日至廿一日在重庆市召开。会议以阶级斗争为纲,检查了省电测光弹协作攻关计划执行情况,交流了工作经验,制定了“四川省电测光弹协作组1976～1978年协作攻关计划”。出席会议的有省内生产、科研、高等院校等五十七个单位的八十八名代表。会议还邀请了省外的九个单位十二名代表交
Under the auspices of Sichuan Science and Technology Commission under the auspices of Sichuan Science and Technology Commission, Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Commission, through the active preparation of Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Mechanical Engineering Research and Design Institute, the second optical flashlight experience exchange meeting in Sichuan Province April 15, 1976 to 21st in Chongqing. The meeting took class struggle as the key link, examined the implementation of the power saving flashlight collaborative research project, exchanged work experience, and formulated the “Cooperative Research Project of Sichuan Provincial Photo-Optical Synergy Group from 1976 to 1978”.
