用Ｆｏｒｍａｓｔｏｒ－Ｆ型全自动相变仪、金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究了６５Ｍｎ２ＳｉＶＴｉ钢过冷奥氏体的转变动力学曲线及转变产物的组织。结果表明，６５Ｍｎ２ＳｉＶＴｉ钢不析出珠光体组织的临界冷却速度为１．３℃／ｓ，在０．１～０．５℃／ｓ的冷却速度范围内可获得细片状珠光体。
The transformation kinetics curves and the transformation products of 65Mn2SiVTi steel were investigated by Formastor-F automatic phase change instrument, metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the critical cooling rate of pearlite without precipitation of 65Mn2SiVTi steel is 1.3 ℃ / s, and fine pearlite can be obtained in the cooling rate of 0.1 ~ 0.5 ℃ / s.
