目的:建立测定复方金石片中夏佛塔苷含量的方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,使用Inertsil ODS-2 C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05％磷酸二氢钾溶液,采用梯度程序洗脱,柱温为35℃,流动相速度为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为272 nm.结果:复方金石片中夏佛塔苷在0.006～0.110 mg·mL-1浓度范围内有良好线性关系(r=0.9999),9批复方金石片的平均加样回收率为99.0％,RSD％为1.50％.经10批复方金石片检测其中夏佛塔苷平均含量为0.88 mg·g-1.结论:本方法可用于控制复方金石片的质量控制.“,”Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Schaftoside in Fufang Jinshi tablets.Method:The HPLC system consisted of the Fortix HC-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.05％KH2PO4,gradient elution,the column temperature was 35 ℃,flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The UV detector was set at 272 nm.Results:The linear response range were 0.006-0.110mg·mL-1 (r=0.9999).The average recovery of Schaftoside was 99.0％,and RSD％ was 1.50％.The average determination of Schaftoside within 10 batches of preparation was 0.88 mg·g-1.Conclusions:The method is high sensitivity,high specificity and repeatable.It can be an important method to control the standard of Fufang Jinshi Tablets.
