介绍了煤矿开采现状,针对煤矿运输设备锈蚀问题,结合磨粒射流技术特点及其除锈机理,提出了应用磨料射流除锈方案,实验表明:除锈压力约20 MPa,喷嘴横移速度约500 mm/min,除锈靶距约70 mm除锈浓度约30%,锈蚀样件除锈效果较好,对进一步拓展其他工程设备除锈具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, the status quo of coal mining is introduced. According to the rusting of coal transportation equipment, combined with the technical characteristics of abrasive jet and its rust removal mechanism, the application of abrasive jet rust removal scheme is proposed. The experimental results show that the derusting pressure is about 20 MPa and the nozzle traversing speed is about 500 mm / min, the stripping target distance is about 70 mm, the stripping concentration is about 30%, the stripping effect of the corroded sample is better, which is of certain reference value for further expanding rust of other engineering equipment.
