根据皮亚杰的认知发展理论可以看出,幼儿处在形象思维时期,这一时期的幼儿能够将动作内化为表现,并建立符号,通过符号将形象具体化。幼儿期是建立、完善语言基础的关键时期,在这一特殊时期,教师应该将培养幼儿良好的语言习惯作为教学重点。教师在现代语言教学中,应该充分利用信息技术,在课堂上运用多年媒体课件来进行教学,结合幼儿的心理特点,通过形象、生动的事物来增加幼儿的记忆力,集中幼儿的注意力,提高幼儿的兴趣,促进幼儿养成良好的语言习惯。
