以3种级配的OGFC-13马歇尔试件作为载体,运用X-CT技术和数字图像处理技术获取了不同类型混合料试件的内部空隙分布图像,采用分形理论研究了多孔沥青混合料的空隙分维特征,分析了空隙分维特征与混合料路用性能的关系。分析结果表明:多孔沥青混合料的劈裂强度随着空隙率的增加而减少,随着空隙轮廓分形维数的增大而增大;多孔沥青混合料的渗透系数随着空隙率的增加而增加,随着空隙轮廓分形维数的增大而减小。采用空隙轮廓分形维数可以很好地解释多孔沥青混合料孔隙率基本一致但路用性能差异较大的原因,可以用于分析多孔排水沥青混合料的空隙分布及其路用性能变化趋势。
Using three kinds of graded OGFC-13 Marshall specimens as carrier, the internal void distribution images of different types of mixture samples were obtained by X-CT and digital image processing techniques. The fractal theory was used to study the void of porous asphalt mixture Fractal dimension, analyzed the fractal dimension characteristics and the relationship between the performance of the mixture. The analysis results show that the splitting strength of porous asphalt mixture decreases with the increase of void fraction and increases with the increase of fractal dimension of void fraction. The permeability coefficient of porous asphalt mixture increases with the increase of void fraction , Decreases as the fractal dimension of the void profile increases. The fractal dimension of the void profile can well explain the reason that the porosity of the porous asphalt mixture is basically the same, but the road performance difference is quite different. It can be used to analyze the gap distribution of the porous drainage asphalt mixture and the change trend of the road performance.
