人们已知烟草燃烧时释放出的CO、尼古丁、焦油、刺激性物质和其他有毒气体对人体有害,但烟草中重金属及其他毒性矿物质元素对人体生化过程的影响还未引起人们足够重视。吸烟能影响某些元素在一些器官中的浓度。本文综述了烟雾中一些微量元素及一些生化过程重要物质对人体的影响(这些物质有Al、As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb、Mn、Hg、Ni、Po-210、Se、Zn)。不仅吸烟者本人吸收这些有毒物质,被动吸烟者也能吸收这些物质。特别是这些毒性物质对人体的损害可通过孕妇吸烟影响到胎儿,通过父母吸烟影响到婴儿更应引起人们关注。
It is known that CO, nicotine, tar, irritant substances and other toxic gases released during the combustion of tobacco are harmful to human beings. However, the effects of heavy metals and other toxic minerals in tobacco on the biochemical processes of human beings have not been given enough attention. Smoking can affect the concentration of certain elements in some organs. This article reviews the effects of some trace elements in the smoke and some important biochemical processes on humans (Al, As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb, Mn, Hg, Ni, Po-210, Se, Zn). Not only smokers themselves absorb these toxic substances, but also passive smokers can absorb these substances.
