在全国啤酒大麦生产中,我省大麦具有重要地位。为充分发挥我省啤酒大麦生产优势,1981年冬起我们进行了高产栽培试验研究,摸出了亩产300~400公斤的一套栽培技术。为了进一步提高我省大麦的酿造品质,1985年冬我们又开始进行较系统地优质与高产相结合的多项试验研究。现将1985~1986年的试验结果初报如下。一、试验设计与方法为了便于摸清我省现有主要大麦品种以及栽培技术和地区与籽粒蛋白质含量的关系,试验分为如下6项: (1)不同品种比较试验:供试品种有啤洒大麦新老品种(系)26个。试验地点嘉兴双桥和建设,每亩施用纯
