21世纪企业发展竞争的实质是人才的竞争。如何管理并运用好企业人力资源,为企业创造更多价值,应成为企业管理者重视的问题。我国大多数企业现有的人事劳资管理工作还不够完善,要提升竞争力,留住人才,必须确保劳动双方的利益得到合理配置,并对人力资源进行科学的管理,使企业劳动人员的整体素质得到提升。本文针对企业人资管理中存在的问题,以科学发展的角度,提出了关于改进人事劳资工作流程与方法的几点建议,仅供参考。
