《化工设计》第二届第三次编委会议于1995年9月16～20日在天津市化工设计院召开.会议由编委会执行副主任委员胡德银同志主持,化工部建设协调司祁振泉教授级高工、天津市化工局张培雨副局长、天津市化工设计院俞明炎院长讲了话.会议审议并通过了编辑部1994～1995年度工作总结报告上1995年度经费收支报告和编辑部1995～1996年度工作计划.整个会议开得圆满成功.达到了预期的目的.
The Third Editorial Board Meeting of “Chemical Design” was held in Tianjin Chemical Design Institute from September 16 to September 1995. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Hu Deyin, executive vice chairman of the Editorial Board, Professor Qi Zhenquan of the Construction and Coordination Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry Senior Engineer, Zhang Peiyu, Tianjin Chemical Industry Bureau deputy director, Tianjin Chemical Design Institute Dean Yu Mingyan delivered a speech. The meeting examined and adopted the Editorial Department of the 1994-1995 annual work summary report on the 1995 annual income and expenditure report and the Editorial Board of 1995 ~ 1996 annual work plan. The entire meeting was a complete success. Meet the expected purpose.
