根据某矿实际地质条件,深入分析采区轨道上山大变形原因,得出高水平应力、低初始支护强度、软弱围岩、掘巷扰动、断层及水是其主要影响因素。针对变形特点,采用中空注浆锚索进行锚注修护,并在施工中改进注浆接头及封孔工艺,提高了注浆效率,锚注修护60 d后,巷道顶底移近量累计79 mm,两帮移近量累计达10 mm,有效控制了巷道变形,为深井高地压巷道的加固修护提供了借鉴。
According to the actual geological conditions in a certain mine, the causes of large deformation in the upper part of the mining area orbit are analyzed in depth. The results show that high level stress, low initial supporting strength, weak surrounding rock, driving tunnel disturbance, fault and water are the main influencing factors. According to the deformation characteristics, the hollow grouting anchor cable was used to carry out the anchor injection repair, and the grouting joints and sealing technology were improved during construction to improve the grouting efficiency. After 60 days of anchor injection repair, 79 mm, the total amount of the two gangs moved up to 10 mm, which effectively controlled the deformation of the roadway and provided a reference for the reinforcement and repair of the deep high ground pressure roadway.
