研究了射频溅射法制备的磁性颗粒膜的光学特性.发现在In2O3母体材料中嵌入Fe颗粒的磁性颗粒膜中,电子的带间跃迁由In2O3的直接跃迂变为间接跃迁,基本吸收边变平;随磁性粒子所占体积分数的增加,局域态尾变宽,带隙变窄.这是由于嵌入Fe颗粒后,母体材料与磁性颗粒的界面处表面积增加,具有了较多的表面态,以及母体材料的非晶化引起的。
The optical properties of magnetic particle films prepared by RF sputtering were investigated. It is found that in the magnetic particle films with Fe particles embedded in In2O3 matrix material, the transitions of electrons are changed from direct transition of In2O3 to indirect transition and the basic absorption edge becomes flat. With the increase of the volume fraction of magnetic particles, The tail becomes wider and the band gap narrows. This is due to the increased surface area at the interface between the host material and the magnetic particles after the Fe particles are embedded, the more surface state, and the amorphization of the host material.
