阐述了中心波长为 1.52 3μm的集成光学声光可调谐波长滤波器的各项理论参数、制作工艺以及性能测试。在有效声光相互作用长度 16mm、射频驱动功率 35mW时 ,获得了模式转换效率大于 99.3%、插入损耗小于 - 4dB、带宽 1.6nm、3dB调谐范围为 140nm的实验结果。
The theoretical parameters, manufacturing process and performance testing of integrated optical acousto-optic tunable wavelength filter with center wavelength of 1.52 3 μm are described. When the effective acousto-optical interaction length is 16mm and the RF driving power is 35mW, the experimental results show that the mode conversion efficiency is more than 99.3%, the insertion loss is less than -4dB, the bandwidth is 1.6nm and the 3dB tuning range is 140nm.
