叶露霄原名叶世,字文海,1911年出生于建瓯县城关一个富商家庭。1929年加入共青团,1931年转为中共党员,投身于闽北苏区的革命事业,坚持了艰苦卓绝的三年游击战争。抗日战争爆发后驰骋在江南抗日战场,战功累累。然而,不幸的是他没有倒在日本侵略者的枪下,却死在国民党顽固派的枪口之下,含恨于皖南……为国捐躯,壮志未酬。他的光辉业绩,犹如巍巍的武夷山,傲然屹立,千秋永存。 Ye Loxiao formerly known as Ye Shi, Zi Wen Hai, born in 1911 in Jian’ou County Chengguan a wealthy businessman family. He joined the Communist Youth League in 1929, became a member of the Communist Party of China in 1931, devoted himself to the cause of revolution in the northern Fujian Soviet Area and upheld the arduous three-year guerrilla war. After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, they braved war in the southern anti-Japanese battlefield. Unfortunately, however, he did not fall under the guns of the Japanese invaders, but died under the guns of the Kuomintang die-hards.
