脱硫再生塔沿晶裂纹成因分析

一引言气体脱硫装置溶剂再生塔及其管道系统由于应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)而引起破裂在炼油企业中时有发生。设备的破裂常常造成巨大的经济损失,因此研究脱硫装置再生塔及其管道系统发生SCC的原因及其预防措施,对于炼油设备的设计、制造、维修和正常运行均有指导意义。本文对安庆石化总厂炼油厂脱硫装置溶剂再生塔(205塔)裂纹的成因进行了分析并初步提出了预防措施。 205塔利用有机碱乙醇胺去除进料中的酸性气体CO_2和H_2S,塔中的化学可逆反应如下: I. INTRODUCTION Bursting due to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in gas desulfurization units, solvent regeneration towers and their piping systems, occurs from time to time in refineries. The rupture of equipment often causes huge economic losses. Therefore, it is instructive to study the reason of occurrence of SCC in desulfurization plant regeneration tower and its piping system and its precautionary measures for the design, manufacture, maintenance and normal operation of oil refining equipment. In this paper, the cause of cracks in solvent regeneration tower (205 tower) of the desulfurization unit of Anqing Petrochemical Complex Refinery was analyzed and the preventive measures were proposed. 205 tower uses organic alkali ethanolamine to remove the acid gases CO 2 and H 2 S in the feed and the chemical reversible reaction in the column is as follows:
