目的:建立地喹氯铵含片含量测定的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Phenomenex C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:0.67%己烷磺酸钠溶液-甲醇(30∶70);检测波长:240nm;流速:1.0ml/min。结果:本色谱条件下地喹氯铵与辅料和溶剂峰分离良好,在4.974~14.921μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),回收率RSD为0.67%。结论:本法为地喹氯铵含片的含量测定方法的完善提供了可靠的实验数据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of deoxydonium chloride buccal tablets. Methods: The HPLC method was adopted. Column: Phenomenex C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: 0.67% sodium hexanesulfonate solution (30:70); detection wavelength: 240nm; flow rate: 1.0ml / min . Results: The separation of quinolium chloride from excipients and solvent peak was good under the conditions of the chromatographic conditions. The linear range was 4.974 ~ 14.921μg / ml (r = 0.9999). The RSD of RSD was 0.67%. Conclusion: This method provides a reliable experimental data for the determination of content of dequalinium chloride tablets.
