建立了双腔颚式破碎机四杆机构振动力优化数学模型,采用约束随机法在MATLAB环境下对机架的剩余振动力进行了优化平衡。优化后整机综合性能得到了改善,达到了预期的目的。
The mathematical model of vibration optimization for four-bar mechanism with double-cavity jaw crusher was established. Residual vibration force of the machine frame was optimized and balanced under the environment of MATLAB using constrained stochastic method. After optimization, the overall performance of the complete machine has been improved and the expected purpose has been achieved.
