研究了未经预处理LY12CZ在强电场中的超塑气压胀形。结果表明:外加强电场可使胀形制件的相对极限高度提高15%。经微观晶粒尺寸及等轴比的测定和细观空洞观察证实:强电场改善了LY12CZ气压胀形时的超塑性及将强电场超塑成形技术应用于工业生产的可行性。
The superplastic bulging shape of LY12CZ in a strong electric field was studied. The results show that the external electric field increases the relative limit height of bulging parts by 15%. The microscopic grain size and equiaxial ratio measurements and the observation of meso-cavities confirm that the strong electric field improves the superplasticity of LY12CZ under atmospheric pressure bulging and the feasibility of applying strong electric field superplastic forming technology to industrial production.
