目的观察家蝇幼虫消化猪粪的家蝇孳生能力变化。方法取家蝇幼虫消化猪粪置于猪舍中 ,观察家蝇的产卵量 ,幼虫、蝇蛹的发育和蛹的羽化率。设立新鲜猪粪对照 ,用SPSS统计软件统计分析。结果家蝇幼虫消化猪粪上的产卵明显低于对照 (P <0 0 1 ) ,两组分别为 93± 4 9只和 870 0± 2 2 0 5只 ,蝇蛹的羽化率和未羽化蛹的胚胎形成率均明显低于对照 (P <0 0 1 )。对照猪粪氮含量高于家蝇幼虫消化组。结论家蝇幼虫消化猪粪 ,可以明显降低猪粪对家蝇的孳生能力 ,具有消除猪粪作为家蝇孳生地的生态作用
Objective To observe the changes of housefly breeding ability of housefly larva digested pig manure. Methods The housefly larvae digested pig manure were placed in the pig house to observe the fecundity of the housefly, larvae, fly pupae and pupae. The establishment of fresh pig manure control, statistical analysis using SPSS software. Results The spawning rate of housefly larva digested pig manure was significantly lower than that of the control (P <0.01), 93 ± 49 and 870 ± 2205 in the two groups, respectively. The control pig manure nitrogen content is higher than the housefly larva digestion group. Conclusion Musca domestica larvae digest pig manure, can significantly reduce the pig manure breeding ability of house flies, with elimination of pig manure as a breeding ground for housefly ecological role
