对糖尿病患者常见的心理障碍进行分析,针对不同个体进行相应的干预措施,让患者的不良行为得到改变,提高患者的自我管理能力,因为良好的自我管理行为在保证患者生理和心理健康中起到至关重要的作用,行为改变能改善患者的血糖、血脂、减轻体质量,从而减少糖尿病慢性并发症,降低患者的医疗费用,提高患者生活质量。
