本文首先将门扇在运转过程中所受的各种荷载和约束反力(包括摩擦力)按空间力系进行动态静力分析。求得作用在顶枢锚杆上的荷载,然后对锚杆采用有限元法进行应力计算。其中恰当地处理了顶枢分层焊接的问题,并考虑了接触应力。最后对锚杆应力场进行分析,得出最大应力、最不利应力组合和重复应力的循环特征,提出了一些有价值的结论和看法。
In this paper, firstly, dynamic loads of various loads and restrained reaction forces (including friction forces) subjected to the door leaf during the operation are analyzed by the dynamic force of the space force system. The load acting on the top pivot bolt is obtained, and then the anchor rod is subjected to stress calculation using the finite element method. Among them, the problem of the top stratified welding is properly dealt with and the contact stress is taken into consideration. Finally, the stress field of the anchor rod is analyzed, the cyclic characteristics of the maximum stress, the most unfavorable stress combination and the repeated stress are obtained, and some valuable conclusions and opinions are put forward.
