The Standard of Mathematical Curriculum states that as a kind of human cultural heritage, the history of mathematical development is an important part of modern civilization with its content, ideas, methods and language. The significance of the construction of mathematics classroom culture is to enable students to experience the wisdom of mathematics civilization to enhance humankind, so that students not only have mathematical knowledge, but also have mathematical literacy. This article focuses on the infiltration of culture and education in primary mathematics classrooms, focusing on four aspects from the perspectives of culture and education. I. Infiltration of Emotional Culture in Dialogue Communication A classroom culture with “dialogue” as its concept is a teaching model based on the democratic, equal and harmonious teaching atmosphere. Effective dialogue in the classroom not only comes from the teacher’s presupposition and the accumulation of classroom culture, but also the preparation of students’ learning - the bedding of knowledge and skills, independent thinking, self-exploration
