选用色谱柱:Aglient Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以乙腈∶0.01mol/L磷酸氢二胺溶液(磷酸调pH 7.0)=30∶70(V/V)为流动相。根据所检测到化合物的色谱保留时间,并与对照品比较,鉴别中药制剂中非法掺入的氨溴索化学药,以期建立HPLC测定止咳中药制剂中非法掺入的化学止咳平喘药物氨溴索。结果表明本实验建立的条件能够把中药制剂中添加的化学药物(氨溴索)完全分离开来;对20种制剂用建立的分析技术进行了检测,经与相应的标准物质比较,得到20种样品均未含氨溴索。说明该方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可作为中药制剂中非法掺入化学药物成分氨溴索的有效手段。
The mobile phase consisted of Aglient Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6mm × 150mm, 5μm) and acetonitrile: 0.01mol / L dihydrogen phosphate in diamine (adjusted to pH 7.0 with phosphoric acid) = 30:70 (V / V). According to the chromatographic retention time of the compounds detected and compared with the reference substance, identification of ambroxol chemicals illegally incorporated into traditional Chinese medicine preparations was made in order to establish a HPLC method for determination of ambroxol . The results showed that the conditions established in this experiment can completely separate the chemical drugs (ambroxol) added in the traditional Chinese medicine preparations; the analytical techniques established for the 20 preparations were tested and compared with the corresponding standard materials, 20 Samples did not contain ambroxol. It shows that the method is selective and sensitive and can be used as an effective method to illegally mix ambroxol in traditional Chinese medicine.
