本文借助扫描电镜研究了HHDH法粉末Ti-6Al-4V经热等静压成型后的疲劳断口和断裂韧性断口形貌。结果表明:HHDH法粉末Ti-6Al-4V合金的疲劳性能和断裂韧性可与熔锻Ti-6Al-4V合金相比拟。高质量HHDH法是一种既便宜又可行的制钛粉方法。
In this paper, the scanning electron microscopy HHDH powder Ti-6Al-4V after hot isostatic pressing fatigue fracture and fracture toughness fracture morphology. The results show that the fatigue properties and fracture toughness of Ti-6Al-4V alloy can be compared with those of Ti-6Al-4V alloy. High-quality HHDH method is a cheap and feasible titanium powder method.
