表面肌电信号(SEMG)是一种伴随肌肉活动出现的微弱生物电信号,易受到外界环境及其他信号的干扰。针对SEMG的特点,设计了一种基于单片机的表面肌电信号采集系统,该系统集传感、调理、采集、显示为一体,通过拾电电极拾取微弱SEMG,经前置放大电路、调理电路处理后送入单片机进行数据采集,并最终在上位机实时显示。实验证明该采集系统能有效地提取20-500Hz的SEMG,并能较好地抑制50Hz工频干扰,为日后表面肌电信号在临床诊断及康复工程等方面的应用提供可靠的数据基础。
Surface electromyography (SEMG) is a faint bioelectrical signal with the appearance of muscle activity, which is easily disturbed by the external environment and other signals. According to the characteristics of SEMG, a SCM-based surface EMG signal acquisition system is designed. The system integrates sensing, conditioning, acquisition and display. The SEMG is picked up by the pick-up electrode and is processed by preamplifier circuit and conditioning circuit After sending into the microcontroller for data acquisition, and finally in the host computer real-time display. Experiments show that the acquisition system can effectively extract 20-500Hz SEMG, and can better inhibit 50Hz frequency interference for the future surface EMG signal in the clinical diagnosis and rehabilitation engineering applications provide a reliable data foundation.
