目的目的探讨胎盘免疫调节肽(PIP)联合化疗药物对肿瘤细胞的影响。方法胎盘免疫调节肽(PIP)联合化疗药物体外与S180、K562细胞接触,观察对肿瘤细胞增殖的影响.并观察对接种S180或FC瘤细胞小鼠,肿瘤重量和转移结节数.结果PIP与化疗药物联合作用明显抑制S180、K562细胞的增殖.体内实验结果显示:环磷酸胺单独使用的抑瘤率和转移率为23.7%和20%,与PIP联合作用为58%和6.7%。结论PIP与化疗药物有明显的协同作用,对肿瘤细胞有明显抑制效应.
Objective To investigate the effect of placental immunomodulatory peptide (PIP) combined with chemotherapy drugs on tumor cells. Methods Placenta immunoregulatory peptide (PIP) combined with chemotherapy drugs were contacted with S180 and K562 cells in vitro to observe the effect on tumor cell proliferation. 2. Observe the tumor weight and the number of metastatic nodules in mice inoculated with S180 or FC tumor cells. Results The combined effect of PIP and chemotherapeutic drugs significantly inhibited the proliferation of S180 and K562 cells. The results of in vivo experiments showed that the inhibitory rate and metastasis rate of cyclophosphamide alone were 23.7% and 20%, and the combined effect with PIP was 58% and 6.7%. Conclusion PIP has a significant synergistic effect with chemotherapeutic drugs and has a significant inhibitory effect on tumor cells.
