本文对内氧化法制取的Cu-Al_2O_3复合材料作了电镜观察及电子衍射,确认用内氧化法可以得到Cu-Al_2O_3,它的大小为10~(-3)μm左右,分布比较均匀,又测定了硬度、强度、电阻率等力学、物理性能。并将Cu-Al_2O_3复合材料作成触点装入过流保护器中,通入7A电流,闭合6~7秒,开断1.5分钟,开闭2000次后开关仍正常工作,无熔焊现象,从而为触头材料节银开辟新的途径。
