本文认为:1.中外合资企业的产权结构变迁,使工人与企业利益重组,劳资主体明确化,劳资冲突出现。由此,工会组织出现明确的利益主体,工人自觉地要求工会加强组织结构及组织功能;同时工会在国家政策与法律的保障下进行积极的适应性转变。2.合资企业工会的力量与发展直接受到共产党的作用和原有制度结构的保障与限制。3.工会在保护员工利益和协调劳资关系中显示自身的权力
