《中国医院制剂规范》第二版收载的复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中鉴别项下樟脑的鉴别方法为:取本品5ml,用乙醇(95%)制成2.5mg/ml的溶液,在230-350nm的波长范围内测定吸收度,仅在289nm处有最大吸收。但我院对自制的复方薄荷脑滴鼻液按《中国医院制剂规范》第二版依法鉴别樟脑时,发现不符合规定。经以乙醇(95%)对复方薄荷脑滴鼻液进行萃取处理后,再取乙醇层依《中国医院制剂规范》进行樟脑的鉴别,符合规定,即最大吸收波长为289nm。
