目的探讨北京市房山区保健食品市场的管理薄弱环节和风险点,为保健食品流通全过程实施科学监管提供依据。方法对北京市房山区保健食品经营企业的类型、分布状况、产品功能、价格区间、产品来源、供货渠道及立案查处情况等进行调查与分析。结果与结论建立产品供应渠道“一条链”式协调监管机制;依据风险情况,合理安排监管资源,实施重点企业差异化监管;利用信息化手段,实施流通环节全程监管;强化宣传培训实效,提高企业风险意识;完善注册审批机制,引导市场良性发展。
Objective To explore the management weaknesses and risk points of Fangshan District health food market in Beijing and provide evidence for the implementation of scientific supervision in the whole circulation of health food.
