我们阅读了《防腐与包装》1986年第一期中康乃旺同志撰写的关于《引信钢零件镀锡雨季变质初探》一文,颇有同感。机加与冲压零件比光洁度高的弹簧零件变质严重,变化点也呈浅蓝色圆斑或锈斑。我厂地处华南,梅雨季节时间更长,湿热的空气造成零件变质更快、更严重,一度返修率曾高达80%以上。在湿热的高温季节中,特别是6~9月,零件变质更快,有时从镀槽取出烘干后第二天就出现变质点,多则一个星期也会出现浅色斑点。为解决这一质量问题,我们采用
